Write to us
For help with Graves on your Mac or Graves for iPhone, or questions about privacy.
info@artifactory.incTell us what went wrong and roughly when. Please don't send passwords or copies of your conversations. We'll never ask for them, and we don't need them to help.
Graves on your Mac
Graves runs on your Mac.
If it stops replying
Make sure your Mac is awake and connected to the internet, then try your message again. If it still doesn't reply, email us at info@artifactory.inc.
Sign in again
If Graves shows Sign in again, choose it and finish signing in to your AI account in the window that opens. Return to Graves and try your message again. If you can't finish signing in, email us.
Permissions
If Graves asks for permission, follow the steps it shows. You can review access in your Mac's System Settings → Privacy & Security. Turn on only the access you want Graves to use. If macOS asks you to quit and reopen Graves, do that, then try again.
Updates
Graves checks for updates automatically. If you see Update or Restart at the bottom of the sidebar, choose it to finish updating. If an update doesn't finish, email us and tell us what the notice says.
Remove Graves
In Graves' Help menu, choose Remove Graves from this Mac… and follow the confirmation. If your version doesn't have that item yet, email us for help removing it.
Graves for iPhone
Graves for iPhone is a chat and planning app for people 18 and older. It needs an internet connection for new answers.
Signing in
Enter your email and tap Email me a code. We send a six-digit code that works for 10 minutes. No code? Check your spam folder, wait a minute, and request a new one.
If it won't answer
- Before your first message, Graves asks you to allow AI processing and confirm you're 18 or older. If you withdrew that, go to Settings → AI processing → Review and allow.
- Graves is free, with a daily limit. Settings shows how much you've used and when it resets. Your history and plans stay readable either way.
- Otherwise, check your connection and try again. If it keeps failing, write to us.
Report an answer
If an answer is wrong, harmful or inappropriate, tap the flag under it (or press and hold the answer) and choose Report. A person at Artifactory reviews every report.
Delete your data or account
Swipe to delete a conversation or plan, and delete your preferences in Settings → How I like help. To delete everything, go to Settings → Delete account: your account and all its conversations, plans, preferences and reports are deleted permanently. See the privacy policy.
